1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between Sarah McPherson Author (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the business or bookstore placing a wholesale order (“you” or “your”). By placing an order or engaging in business with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed do not include GST.

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The minimum order value is $120, and orders can be made up of any combination of titles.

• Shipping is included in the wholesale price as long as the $120 minimum is met, and using the coupon code that you receive at signup. Additional charges (e.g., re-delivery fees) may apply if necessary.

3. Delivery and Address Requirements

• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

• Ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply if no one is present.

• We aim for timely delivery, but delays outside our control may occur.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Notify us within 5 business days if items arrive damaged or defective.

• Returns for change of mind or unsold stock are not accepted.

• Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging. Replacements or refunds will be issued after inspection.

5. Orders and Cancellations

• Orders can be submitted via email or through our wholesale catalogue platform.

• Cancellations are not accepted unless approved in writing and may incur a fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to our services or products.

• Risk passes to the buyer once goods are dispatched.

• It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of products for your store.

7. Intellectual Property

All product content, images, and descriptions are owned by Sarah McPherson Author and may not be used without written permission.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any buyer who violates these terms or applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated terms.
